2.Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Acrylic Market. By making a
reservation, booking an event, or using our services,
you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm reservations or
event bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
in writing.
All payments must be made in AED. We accept
cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital
payments.
Any applicable minimum spend will be confirmed at
the time of booking and is to be used against food
and beverages from our à la carte menu or
packages.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in
advance. Late cancellations may result in the deposit
being forfeited.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the
agreed deposit or minimum spend.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of venue
cancellation or if otherwise agreed in writing.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within
7–10 business days to the original payment method.
